Return Of The Ancients
This scientific understanding firmly roots the “Father of Creation” in Africa – the African Origin of Huemanity, painting a vivid picture of our shared ancestry. Imagine tracing your family tree through countless generations, through your father, his father, his father’s father, and so on – eventually, you’d reach a single ancestor, a man scientists call “Chromosomal Adam.” He lived in Africa between 180,000 and 338,000 years ago, and every single person on Earth today is related to him through an unbroken line of fathers and sons. This isn’t just a theory; it’s written in our DNA, specifically in the Y-chromosome passed down from father to son.
The oldest human fossils have also been discovered in Africa, further solidifying the continent as the cradle of humankind. While “Chromosomal Adam” wasn’t the first human, he represents the ancestral line that survived and thrived, passing down his genes to every person alive today. Deep in the heart of Portland, Jamaica, amidst the verdant hills and whispering winds, resides a man known as 12 Star Issachar. A Rastaman with a spirit as vibrant as the island’s flora, 12 Star’s journey to becoming a healer is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the profound wisdom of nature.
From his youth, 12 Star felt a deep connection to the earth. He spent countless hours exploring the woodlands, learning the secrets of the plants and herbs that thrived there. He would often prepare remedies for friends and family, sharing the healing gifts of the land.
However, life took an unexpected turn when 12 Star faced a series of health challenges. Years of medical treatments left him feeling disillusioned and disconnected from his true self. Then, a spinal injury rendered him immobile, and the doctors could offer no relief.
In his darkest hour, 12 Star turned to the woodlands, seeking solace and guidance. He immersed himself in the embrace of nature, using the plants and herbs he had known since childhood to heal his body and spirit. Slowly but surely, he regained his strength and mobility, bearing witness to the miraculous power of the earth’s remedies.
This profound experience ignited a fire within 12 Star. He realized his true calling was to share the healing wisdom of his ancestors with the world. Guided by spirit, he embraced the name “12 Star” and embarked on a mission to “meet and greet the people” as a Medicine Man, a Shaman, a Bush Doctor.
Today, 12 Star Issachar stands as a beacon of hope, offering ancient Jamaican healing massage and traditional herbal remedies crafted with love and reverence. His story is a reminder that even in the face of adversity, we can find strength and healing in the embrace of nature and the wisdom of our ancestors.
